I don't know, I've never had any trouble around there. Better the Ray-Rays there than the Jim-Jim's in NMS! I could see being on foot being harder on BHA, but there are way more goons in NMS than BHA. And even more importantly - way less blue lights on blue hill than in NMS.

Just an opinion but, I find it a HELL of alot better to pick up SW on foot as a opposed to my car. You just never know what kind of girl you're getting.
