I called few weeks back to make appointment. Told "yes come in that day" but they didn't get name. I then called back to give name. This was around 9 am weekday. She said, "come in that time" etc. Fast forward I arrive on time and they're fully booked despite my appointment. I was told "come back no appointment is slow. ".

I then go back a few days later when in area without appointment and am told "you no appointment, busy, call make appointment. " another guy showed up as walk in, and they told him to leave "too busy " etc. He explained he'd just called that day and they made his Appointment. I'm standing there listening to this laughing quietly as I left.

I called a day later like the fool I am and the lady said, "No appointment come in. " I said "when do I come in" to which she replied "yes, close at 9 pm thank you. " Then hung up.

I explained I'd been here before on phone and upon arrival. I explained I tip still. Ive only driven twice there.. but wow. Im guessing people no show a lot, but why pretend to book appointments?

At this stage I am unsure how to book this place. I guess it depends on whom answers phone and it being summer perhaps they're crazy busy. I'd like to think it's not personal. Is this supposed to be this difficult.

Man, I have never experienced this before. Went in for my first time in a little while. Great massage. Until about fifteen minutes in. Phone rang, masseuse leaves to answer. She puts it on speaker. It's a teenager or a college-aged guy asking "Do you guys give good massages?" then flat out asks in a sorry-excuse for a 'sexy voice' "Do you do happen endings?" Masseuse laughs, says no and hangs up.

He calls again five minutes later. Trying to use a *different* voice asking, again, if they give happy endings. The girls there laugh but when they hang up, they're flustered and annoyed.

And THEN, he comes into the place. Third time my masseuse leaves, this time to meet him at front desk. I don't think she realized it was the same guy from the phone call. I knew it instantly from his voice. Someone asks him how old he is and he says "20-something". The girls are very confused at this point, and they do let him back into one of the rooms.

I wasn't there for the outcome. I left marginally 'happy' at this point. Still. Oh my god. What an idiot.
