The ad you referred to is an obvious scam. But it works for this explanation. Yes, the ad lists or offers sexual services. However, there is a missing element. That being for monetary exchange or gain. If the ad were real, one could call or text as much as they wanted—as long as there is no exchange discussed. One could say they wanted to sit in a chair and simply watch while she plays with toys on her bed and offer such an exchange. There is nothing unlawful in that. There are many scenarios that would be completely legal. One is not guilty just by texting or calling.
