Personally, I don't think there are any of the "agencies" you are looking for. Especially in Philly. I've heard of a place called "joy's companions" but it looks like they only do incalls and are 2 x-3 x the typical AMP price. I'm guessing you are looking to save money because you are staying at an airbnb. I've never been there myself but heard things from some people.

Other orgs are basically AMP's but are run in apartments and require a ton of personal info.

Philly proper (not burbs) has tons of great AMPs. No haggling. No gamble. Just go in and get laid. Also has tons of great rub and tug places if you are not looking to put in any effort. If you go out into the burbs, from my experience, there is often more upsell / haggling / and less of a sure thing.

Sakura is one place that is fairly northeast of the city that I have heard good things about. Its been on my to do list for a while.

If I were you I'd probably just bite the bullet and go to one in Chinatown. Since there are so many AMPs in that area, it keeps prices low and quality high.

Many of the good are+t places try to stay under the radar and pose as legit massage places so they actively try not to get online reviews.

Good FS places get tons of business too. Best to go on off peak hours.

I would say your best bet would be to just go to one of the many fine AMP's this city has to offer. Many should be walking distance to a "nice downtown hotel". Some of them might even have some white ones. Most are Asian. Some are black.

Most escorts (or any sex workers) in philly are severe drug addicts so they are not likely to be athletic and are not dependable to keep an appointment. The only exception would be the hundreds of Asian massage parlor workers who come in, make money, and leave.

They are both from the Ave. You can probably pick them up off the streets for about half the online price. I've seen katy a bunch of times. Usually pretty good time with her.
