But, the key thing is to limit the amount of other users who "report" your account. The best way to do that is avoid altercations. Even when you know it's hands down a guy trying to scam your life savings, keep it cool and keep it moving. You engage in an argument, they will get pissy and "report" you. If you get reported a certain amount of times it flags the site administrators and they research your messages, and then you're banned.

There is one section dedicated to SA (that NapataJohn linked to) but it's just one section for ALL areas outside the US so it's hard to get specifics on a city let alone down to the individual girl level.
