I think SH has been the epicenter of the Westminster HE scene. Its always been the biggest and least supervised. But that also means there is tremendous variability. Someone had reviewed this place recently I believe it was on *********. Basically was a rip off. Charged him the full $160 and was a shitty massage and nothing extra.
