I worry about the same thing, especially with a nice car. Have used the CVS lot several times. Someone posted that they'd been towed and suggested going in to CVS before heading over to 1021, buying a pack of gum and leaving the CVS bag in full view in the vehicle to establish that you're a customer. I've been there at night and during the day with no issues, this time I snagged the spot right across the street that is reserved for the food truck after 6 pm. If you drive by a few time you will get a spot, there is frequent turnover in front.
