As far as I'm aware, neither Classic or Jing have table showers. Zen in Ellisville does (or did the last time I was there) but good luck getting more than just a massage there.

Has anybody seen this one yet? I haven't reached out to her and wanted to see if anyone can verify her first. Pics scream TGTBT, but between the local number, location and all pics seeming to check out with reverse image searches, I'm thinking she might be legit.
