There are lots of places in Vallejo where they will accept 120 for FS or 140 at the most. That also applies to a few places in Concord. I'll tip 140 to a regular or someone who gives above average service.

120 was the fs price years ago but some people are still able haggle 120 to people who were working in those days or on girls who need the money more than they are willing to skip the offer. I usually do 120 for a BJ only. i will offer 150 for fs if they dont give me a price and play around from there. Are you talking about Healthy Massage Center?

I tried there once and it was an older bbw type lady (not my type.) Her massage was pretty good but nothing compared to some other ladies I've tried.
