No problem. We were all new once. I've been in this hobby for over 40 years and I still run across abbreviates I have to look up. One that I'm surprised is not listed is L1, L2, L3. You can always try and do a google search on the abbreviations and include the word massage in that search.

At the top of the page, 3 tabs over from here "Forum", you will find "Abbreviations". That should answer everything. Sometimes a poster will get carried away with the periods or dollar signs and put them in the wrong spot causing confusion. You just have to think through that one or DM him.
