They are cleaning large amounts of cash and I doubt much gets reported. The few I have gotten to know personally claim they are here to make money and send home to their family. I read all of SB7064 and I didn't see anything regarding hotels or motels. So I don't know what you even mean. He very much is behind what is happening.

I'm not sure he directly has much to do with it. The "trafficking" bill he passed was mostly aimed at hotels / motels. AMPs get raided here every few years and then it goes back to normal.
