TNA has been largely responsible for the rising rates in Portland / Seattle. I think I've mentioned before that I travel extensively, both in the states and internationally, and the rates here are higher than any place I have been. LA and NYC are similar. I was recently In Tennessee, and man there is some good pussy there for 2/3's of the price and nearly all of them do some form of GFE, many with BBBJCIM.

The other thing to consider is that since the county has started to buy up all the cheap hotels in the area so they can house the crazies and the junkies, that hotel pricing has gone through the roof here. So thank our horrible leadership at the city and county for that. A regular told me she was paying $200/ night for one of those crappy motels by Mall 205, and that was based on weekly rates. I was shocked. I think some of these motels are charging providers more to keep quiet so they can get in on the action.

I remember reading one guy saying how it's okay to pay more then you originally paid to the same girl because you liked her service. In what world does this exist in? Paying more for being a good customer. In every single other business repeat and bill buyers would get a better rate or at least not be asked to pay more for something they've been a regular customer of.
