I'm by no means an expert, but some first time thoughts from someone who's first time wasn't that long ago:

* I haven't been to Lake Forest, but their IG looks similar to the other spas—lots of pictures I wouldn't trust. My two favorite girls (I'll put their IGs below) don't look anything like the pictures the spas use for them.

* Like Punter said, nobody seems to use Nuru Gel. From what I've read that's probably not a bad thing—I've read the gel can be a sticky mess as it dries.
