Has anyone ever had luck at legit massage joints? I've gotten really comfortable with my current masseuse and keep wondering if it's worth it to pull the asking trigger.

Dude. Just no.

I can almost assume you that any level of comfort you have with your nice massage therapist there is a mile wide void between her giving you a handy. At best she says no, but forever adds awkward to your interactions. At worst she accuses you of harassment which, if you have miscalculated here, it is!

Seriously rub one out and think through this during post nut clarity.
