Providers have been gobling up officetels for years and businesses will usually pay 2 years of rent. So if a person pays 25% deposit and gets paid 2 years advanced rent pay they can accumulate properties that pay for themselves. Plus if they live where they work and stay with friends when off they're banking. If you read my post carefully, I wrote that it is a combination of few factors and the low IQ is being one of these factors but I have seen also seen few very smart one with goal that do this line of work but they usually bail out of this line of work rather quickly.

And I am not judging them or tell that they are bad people, but if I had to put my finger on one thing as main factor, it is usually poor upbringing and hanging out with friends that are in same profession. Whether it is a good thing or bad thing, it ain't my life and I am not judging them; it is theirs and they can do what they please.

Most providers don't make it big. They are short timers or have bad spending habits. There are several retired providers and at least one working provider who have made, saved or invested to the tune of three to seven million dollars. I am not speculating. They are usually stars with loyal clients who work at this from their twenties into their forties. They are smart and have long term plans. My theory is that other places are better for making money compared to the US and such, the prettier and more service oriented girls always follow the money. What's been arriving for awhile are left overs or girls that have been here but just rebrand to trick guys into thinking they are something new.
