It is all about how much money that they can extract from you money in some of these places. Some women want full service money for providing a hand job. No way.

You were correct in asking what you were paying for. I have had situations were I thought it was full service, put on the counter full service money, only to have her say that they do not do full service and keep the money, or state that she is on her period, or that you are too big and they keep the money.
