Since you have nothing similar here that I know about, I tried Skip The Games. After getting past all of the fake ads, I found several that were attractive, did outcall and saw black men (yes, I'm black). I contacted 6. No response from any of them.

As a fellow West Coast refugee, similar to you, I can tell you the situation here has become really bad in the past 2-3 years. When I moved here from California, I found an abundance of ladies with good service, very reasonable rates, and with relatively good looks. Nothing like what it is now. I then went to escort alligator and sent messages to everyone that did not appear to be a scammer (only about 10). The only person that responded was some crazy woman (photo below). She wanted me to send her a selfie and a picture of my dick. I sent the selfie, but told her I don't do dick pics. She got all bent out of shape because she needed to review my dick pic for genital warts (a hooker with a medical degree I guess). I basically told her that 55 YO professionals don't run around taking photos of their junk and it was a non starter for me and wished her well. She then texted back and forth with me about random things and decided she would come see me. So, I gave her the hotel and room number. She immediately said I was a cop because my room was on the first floor! I've never heard that one before. So, I showed her my flight itinerary with my name showing when I arrived and left. This still wasn't good enough. So, I told her I'm going to bed. She texted and said she'd be at the hotel at 2 am (it was 12:30 am). At 1:30, I texted to confirm and she said she'll be here at 2. At 2:30, I went to bed. At 4:15 she's blowing up my phone wondering if it's too late to meet. Then gave a bizarre, rambling story about why she was late (she's obviously on drugs). I told her maybe another time and she told me (again) that I was a cop and she basically lucked out because I would have arrested her anyway.

So in summary, 17 inquiries, 2 responses and one was bat shit crazy.
