Yes, either Walmart or EBay are probably the cheapest to buy online. I don't know of any brick and mortar that sells them except for Teso Life if there is one in your area, but I think it's more expensive if you buy it there. One piece of advice though, be sure to buy the larger size as the regular size is actually a bit small.
