Having Tijuana on the California border may help keep prices cheaper down in CA, but my experiences in LA and San Diego (1 year ago) were on par or more expensive than here in WA State. In my opinion the women down there were much more attractive, younger and thinner than a majority up here in WA though. That's one thing going for you.
