I can't say anything about what you experienced, but I have seen Scarlett more than a few times and she has never been that scattered. I guess there is always a chance of some kind of candy usage, but she never displayed anything that would hint at that. Yes, a couple times up to about 20 minutes late, but never more than that. She has always been extremely accommodating once we meet and get going.

I really enjoy her company. So I hope something hasn't changed with her. I will definitely call on her again and hope that she is still the same as what I have usually experienced.
