Yeah it's between the 3 stations covering downtown JC (closest to one of them). Depending on the time of day PATH is fine. Late night after 10 pm the trains don't run as frequent and street parking gets easy to find so you may prefer to drive in anyway. Don't forget the Holland tunnel closes heading into NJ after 11 pm right now though.
