Seems to be back now. Yeah it was mostly likely incompetence but more fun to imagine attacks on clubs. Just seemed strange only the COI domain was being overloaded when you assume all their club sites are all on the same physical server.

Others also noticing their page has been mostly down for about a week? It will pop up occasionally but mostly throws up database failure or 500 errors. Not typical for usual maintenance.
