That is how I would like to remember Heaven, which was about 2015 on Nebraska Avenue in Tampa. I may have also seen her on Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando. Last time I saw her was about 2019 on Payson, she looked like she would be gone within weeks. Leg problems and struggled to walk. Bandages in various places. Very weak. Looked too bad to give any services, I gave a few dollars and sent her away. I'm surprised she is still with us.

Didn't even know she had a tik tok or that she returned home to Maine. Regardless it does seem that she used the so called lack of proper rehab in New England as a reason to return to Baltimore even though she had already been diagnosed woth kidney disease and undergoing dialysis as treatment in that area. Things are looking grim for this provider. Addiction alone is a killer.
