Last night was definitely one of my better days. Met all three of them like half hour apart.

Many days I crisscross the city for work, and when not in a hurry I take the scenic route through fishtown / Kensington / mayfair / tacony to stay familiar. I see some of the corners get worse, some get better, a place I used to park is no longer safe, etc. I've also made note of some clusters of cameras, where the cops hide, and what side streets (if any, but almost none) that the girls hide on.

My take on all of it, after a lot of thought, is that the risk has gone way up, and the quality of the girls has gone way down. I know it's the thrill of the hunt for many of you, but for me it's simply not worth the hassle any more. 15 years ago I could consistently grab any one of 5-6 hotties from Kensington and Tusculum, and they were legit sexy, makeup and outfits, shaved coochie, and they would literally do whatever you wanted and do it well. Now it's a hoard of limping bleeding zombies that smell like garbage, and want to rush you through a toothy BJ so they can stick the next dirty needle in their neck. Needless to say, I'm picky, and will not stick my dick in just any hole. I drive through at least twice a month, but probably haven't picked up a woman from that area in well over a year.

I agree with you. However, the thing is, 15 years ago the drugs were different. A person can keep themselves together easier while on heroin. Old vets told me in the old days they could go hours without needing a fix and that extra time they had they could keep themselves together. Now the drug being fentanyl it's more powerful all while the withdrawal is more severe and the time to feel the withdrawal is short as in just a few hours.

People didn't vote and agree in uniform for fentanyl to flood the streets is something the dealers started to use because it's cheaper to manufacture and has a better profit margin.

I couldn't have said it better. You offer good advice. I think the most difficult task on your list might be "Learn to say no thanks". Another good way to hone ones skill / technique is there are tons of videos of guys making pickups on various porn sites etc. Watching a few of those and analyzing what the guy could have done in a safer manner. When watching those we can put ourselves in that monger's position. Of course, those videos are mostly stage-type sets. But we can kind of get the feel of what we would do in similar circumstances.

The most important point you offer is the escape route. Always know how to get out of a situation in a hurry. In Kensington, Trouble and hookers seem to go hand in hand. Find one and the other is close by.

Making a plan and sticking to the plan will often bring us one rung up on the safety ladder. Wouldn't hurt to take a few dry runs to see how that could work in one's favor. Call it an observation run to see what's going on that particular day. What landscape is or isn't for sale? Know where the heaviest concentration of thugs are. Where there are thugs girls might be close by as they try to impress the girls.

Weather is another important factor here in Philly. As we well know bad weather drives the girls into the street under the EL for a little shelter.

For the new mongers, this site offers valuable information from well-seasoned mongers. There is never going to be a perfect solution for every issue. But having the ability to choose what we want when we want it is a good starting point for all. I've always said never pick up a girl because she's the only one available and really not what we had in mind. We do have choices. Also, if its babe I need to take a quick hit say you get drug tested and the second hand rock smoke will get you fired, it worked for me everytime but they will rush service. So here's Sams advice- you let her out and say I'll pick you back up over by that car in exactly 2 minutes. This is not a problem most the time during the summer and good weather days but windy rainy cold days they need to get out their "kit" and it's a whole process I've seen multiple times and if you ever seen a girl go through the process you will understand why she wants to do it in the car instead of outside somewhere between 2 parked cars. Be smart out there! They will throw everything they got under YOUR carseat if stopped. They don't just shove unused needles and all the other equipment in their hotbox. Stay just window shopping until you are comfortable with the scene and the proper "how to's" for street mongering. Better to get an education from the window (and dare I say these posts?) than a bad experience where you get a gun stuck up yer ass!

You are right to always proceed with caution. You can't be cautious enough out there. Remember every time you approach a meeting with your safety in mind you will be more successful. It's the guys that throw caution to the wind that usually end on a bad note. These are street girls. They know every trick. The guys that take precautions know this and steer clear of a bad situation.

It's good to scout out a spot you feel comfortable with. That way when you score you won't be driving around in search of one. She can sense if you don't know what you are doing or where you are going. All that's left is to "GIT ER done.

Never let the girl pick the spot. That's a recipe for a bad night including nightmares. It's always good to plan your adventure so you are safe. Always have a quick exit planned. Stick to your plan.

You will not score every time you hit the field. It's best to learn that early on. Your visits will turn out much better. Accept the failure as part of the mongers' education. Just a fact of life.

I used to talk to her and throw her money all the time she told me some crazy stories gosh I miss her and I was shocked when I found out she was 37. The streets ate her alive because she looked close to 50 unfortunately. You mongers that's been here a long time like me know who I'm talking about if you been in the game long enough. I respect everybody who serves for our country and Elaine was a beauty with a beautiful outlook on life even though the drugs got her. Frank and all ya'll thanks, I'm was going to do a Tineye and Google reverse image search but was driving in the city and just all around busy with the monger mindset. I'm more of an AMP guy that know me especially from when BGFE was popping so I definitely appreciate it. These chicks don't even know how to horizontal and crop until it don't show up on the searches smh. What a disappointment in a way but a relief! I just can't believe trying so many girls(20+) and none were real and all were littered with red flags galore. The escort game is no joke I see.
