I have seen her before and I will say that she can do a great job. The only drawback is if you do not have your A game going that day, she can lose patience. It really makes no sense to me that if you are paying for an hour's worth of her time, what's the difference if the little guy needs some coaxing. If you have ED and decide to see her, make sure that you give your meds enough time to work.

I'm not going to give you the link. I'd rather show you how to find it for yourself. You should try to do as much research on your own before coming to the board asking for help. Click on the second picture and open a new window. Right click on the picture and you can drop down to do a Google search of the source of the picture. You can also right click the pic and hit copy. Open up Tin Eye and paste the picture into their search. These tools can help you locate an old ad or phone number and / or help weed out fake pics if it turns up that the picture is that of a model or porn star.
