It was totally my fault. She was on time, only 10 minutes behind which is no biggie. It was not her screw up, the screw up was totally on me. She was a good sport about it and she would have probably waited longer. I felt that I wasted enough of her time and didn't want her schedule to slip so I just went home. I recently had almost the exact same experience with her. Read the review but gave it a shot anyway. Her comms were actually very good. Texted from the lot and was given the room number.
