My source was a little confused in regard to the location as "SFV", turned out to be an office building in Agoura Hills, which is quite a distance and separated from SFV by SM Mountains and the Simi Hills.

Two places meet this description. One is on Canwood as noted below, one is across the freeway on Roadside Dr. Both in medical buildings. The former goes by Linx Massage online, the other is Oro Vita Spa. They dodge Yelp, but can be found on other review sites. I got haggled and disappointed at Oro Vita as a new monger, but the facility was nice, YMMV. Never been to Canwoodwould actually like to know the rates there.

This place is consistently good at delivering a better than average massage and a no haggle HE. The age of providers does vary, I've had youngish to just getting under the MILF wire. I've never been offered anything but decent massage and HJ.
