And Dayuse had no inventory today and very limited last weekend. I think it's simple supply and demand.     I been using reward points and day use this week. $200-$300 plus most of the hotels at Tysons are fully book. Fairfax Marriott today was out of king bedrooms. Got 2 full beds, when I only needed one. Summer time is when I end up using most of my reward points.
