Just an FYI. I was verified via HX by doing the following.

1. Txt SD number on SAG website.

2. msg PapayaOC (HX account) with my number and HX account name.

3. re-txt number with my HX account name.

I did not know the HX account before I started (you do now) so I bet step 2 and 3 are all you need to do.
