A few years ago, CLM had some nice girls but the fake pictures, lack of consistent performance, variable pricing (upcharging), etc does not make it a "big deal". I stopped looking at their site as the experience was just too unpredictable.

I agree with that. These Asian places being reviewed here seem to have women with much better menus than CLM. From talking to the girls at CLM, things are really slow. I don't know too much about the inner workings of CLM, but apparently they don't keep any of your information on file anywhere other than your phone number and a not-specific identifier. The girls never know it's me showing up until they open the door, which actually sucks because they can't do anything that matches my preferences since they don't know that I'm the one making the appointment.

If they did get busted the police would have your phone number, but they wouldn't have anything else about you. Certainly not enough to arrest you for anything. As far as I know, at least.

Most spas keep a record of you either by maintaining your phone number and name and personal information about you. Some will even exchange this information with other spas ie Korean spa to Korean spa. Chinese spa to Chinese spa and Thai spa to Thai spa and perhaps even amongst each other. We openly share info about them so you think they don't do the same? They'll keep a record of good clients, bad clients, etc. Most will do it for their own protection but I've known customers who have been attempted to be shaken down by shady characters affiliated with one spa or a group. So be warned about sharing too much info. And yes if the shop gets raided you can bet that your personal details will be on file with local law enforcement.
