That doesn't sound like Gina. She's very accommodating and is pleasant to be around. Maybe just a bad day for her. Also, don't expect a five star table shower from anywhere other than the popular Asian spas. Any Latina parlor is usually just a self serve table shower.

Standard rate for L3 for an hour is. 6 house fee and $. 6 tip.

Are the rates just increased from there based on time?

Example:

90 minutes - . 9 house and $$. 4 tip.

2 hours - $. 2 house and $$ 2 tip.

Or is it less?

If you are looking for something at midnight or later, you will need to arrange something with an independent. The only late night places around Phoenix closed a few years ago. They were also overpriced and just OK service. You're not missing anything.
