We all know that. Every agency is like that, nothing new. But those of us with success also know some of the girls don't care and share. They know what's up. They don't give to everyone of course but do to select few or a one off due to connection. Also yes AC is know to be Ahole to girls and customers so maybe they go through their phones. Best to do Snapchat or IG or something not traced back to you. Think of how many AC girls turned over that many of us regret not having had contact info. It's a shame. We all know this game is not long term for most talent so why not have a back up plan. Besides in my success, I have never connected while they are employed at agency. I'm not trying to steal agency business, and I respect that. I only ask to connect once they leave because I tell them chances are they will leave and fairly quickly because that is how this industry goes. And some agencies worse than others as we know. So if she gets fired from one, why not be able to see her until she shows up somewhere else, if ever? So many are sometimes local or short drives so it can be doable. The out of town ones are impossible of course and I don't usually ask for digits from them.

Anyway, it's sensitive subject. But if you respect not connecting until after they turn over, then no one getting ripped off.
