I'm pretty sure there's no street scene around there at all. I'll let some of the other guys who know about all of the MPs chime in, the places I go are much closer to downtown.

What the Rosemont / O'Hare area is best known for is the incall scene. I don't know if you're only looking for SWs and MPs but if you're open to incalls too, a lot of women stay in cheap hotels around there and would probably be my choice if I were stuck in that area.
