M+m is indeed open. No major remodel, but it sounds like they used the time to make some repairs. Can't speak to the lineup, but I saw Maggie. Young-ish maybe 30. Good looking and decent massage but cfs was minimal effort only. Still if I got her again I wouldn't complain.
