Does anyone know how the quota system works at Synn not sure I get it based on the previous posts. I have noticed that there are some girls that are VIP only. But was unsure why? Like isn't getting a lap dance better than nothing at all? At least its some income in the hour, I see them just sitting there, waiting to only do VIPs for customers?

I believe as someone mentioned at SR they pay a certain fee upfront when they come in like some amount and don't make anything until they pass that fee, except tips. So girls are in the negative once they arrive.

The club can't require them to pay a stage fee anymore. They also get paid a wage for the hours spent working. But you're right. They don't get any cut from their lap dances or VIP fees until they meet a certain cut off. I don't know if that's equal to their total hourly or higher than that. Pretty sure both clubs use a similar system though the numbers vary.

I've had Synn dancers tell me that the amount of money that they get for the 2 for $20 special on Thursdays is minuscule. Just a few bucks. Because of the small cut those dancers don't like doing them. They feel like they're working for almost nothing unless the guy is tipping. I get that. It might be better for them to stay on the floor looking for a VIP than getting pocket change though it does miss out on the chance to hook a PL via a good dance. From what I've heard the cut is better for the 3 for 40's or for normal $20 lap dances.

Lilah was willing to do a regular lap dance with me when I first met her just a couple months ago. It was early on Friday evening and club was pretty dead so maybe that's why she was willing. You make a good point. Girls change based on if it's busy or not, or sometimes months pass by and a no extras girl becomes one. Many girls only offer extras depending on the customer or only after knowing someone enough. And some girls have really bad days and are just done.

I have often seen someone here say a girl does no extras, when I got extras from that girl the very first time. And for example Cora told me my first time she "doesn't do extras" but as you can see it's possible. She doesn't know me, she's being cautious, or she thinks I smell who knows. And girls will also quote different prices for different guys. Absolutely that's true, in PMs when comparing notes it becomes obvious I almost never come up with the same price as someone else got. I mean think about it, there are guys who don't budge at 2 and sometimes walk and sometimes get it. So by definition there are different prices, and that's not something to get upset about that'll never change. As others say, it can't hurt to look good and smell nice.

Make sure you clean looking / decent. If you aren't at least attractive, good mood, smiling, surely all plays a factor in offerings.

Do amethyst and Luna do any extras in VIP at SR? How about Ruby and Mercedes at Synn? I haven't had them yet. I know not every girl offers VIP.

Mileage questions in your first post, really? You're more likely to get answers if your first few posts are reports of who, what & how much for girls you've done at your "go-to". When there isn't much sharing, it becomes self-perpetuating, you get what you give.

And tell us what you pay, and we'll let you know if your "strategies" are working. Or if ugly, grumpy, smelly mongers get the same deal LOL.

Cinnamon used to take 1 for FS but that was years ago and she was way hotter back then. I don't know how she can demand more than that now.

If I'm reading TFC correctly (320 total), Cinnamon is asking 2 for FS. That's not outrageous like some of the dancers are asking. And if that was her straight up offer maybe she would take less.

Different clubs have different variations, I know a dancer at SR who used to work at Paradise and she says the SR system works better for her. Another dancer said the same. "it motivates her to work harder" to make it back she says. Whereas at the Kim clubs the dancers are literally afraid to go on their first VIP unless it's "worth it".

I saw Safari at Synn where I said let's go VIP and she stopped me to make sure I wanted extras. I said sorry I'm just here to try out the club but I will tip you. She thanked me and walked off. She was very polite about it, I don't even hold it against her. Bottom line there are a lot of "extras only" girls at Synn.

I take about 10 girls to VIP at SR each year and have never had a single bad dance. Each one has a different limit, but compared to clubs where I'm from it's sky high and actually more than I'm looking for. So I'm good.

Malaysia at Synn gave a distracted dance special without really removing anything. Her opening quote is 5 bills for everything. She's hot but no point in negotiating with that opening bid.
