Not sure which one you mentioned getting on the same page, but yes, it's a thing. I've used SA all over the world and the prices do vary by location (Germany PPM is more than Madrid, etc).

BUT. If the local rate here is 300/350, then don't F#$k it up for everyone else by paying 400 and up! If all of us (including us experienced out of towners) refuse to pay more than 350, the girls will have no choice but to modify their prices, and everyone wins.

Let's not pretend that this style of hookup is hard on the SBs. If you used or sent any pics on or through SA, they use facial recognition and every time you try to use a pic, it'll catch you. However, there's a program called Fawkes you can download to your PC to cloak your photos and make them unrecognizable to AI. It works. I was banned and they had one of my pics and I kept getting shut down until I cloaked my pic and it's been smooth sailing.

Yes don't ever use the same photo. I've been banned 5 times. I wrote a post on what to do if you want tosearch for it. But what I do is use a fake picture from page 17 of a google search for average looking guy (or whatever you want to do to get an image) use that as your main profile page and then after your account has been up for 30 days, change to your real picture but only use one or two pics at the most. Thats all girls use so why should we be any different. All pics can be exchange over text when you exchange numbers.
