If you're out of the airport and able to get up towards Convoy area by 10 pm, then you should have quite a few options. Angel / Golden A / Ocean are all open still.

Once you get past 10:30 pm, you'll be pretty limited outside some of the FS spots which are mentioned here a lot, and even those probably won't take you as a newbie.

Suite D:

Had heard decent things on the thread so decided to try Suite D out a few weeks back. Can echo comments that while discreet, the place is kinda dumpy and very small.
