To your point, it's disturbing, to say the least. I think I mentioned this once before, but there was a girl Jamie in Westwood MA whom I met a few months back. Without knowing any details it appears she had an infection and didn't seek any treatment until it was too late and either amputate her arm or die. Truly sad that someone close to her, even her clients didn't urge her to go to the hospital and seek treatment-didn't happen overnight.

I got to her place early and when I gave the 5 min warning call. Sure enough two guys leave and get in their car. She tells me where to go (her apartment). I couldn't get comfortable and shit was just off. So I bailed out. I'm going back to my car and the guys were walking over towards the place. Had I stayed I certainly would have dropped trous by then. That was a couple years ago but I doubt she had improved with age.
