I am putting this out thee for comment. The Columbus forum started a separate sugar thread just for SB and WYP. I suppose there might also be others. In any case, they did it to help avoid clogging the regular thread with a lot of irrelevant chatter. Thanks for the kind words. Glad to see you step up. I have been experimenting with both SB and WYP during my hiatus from Seeking. The challenge on both sites is avoiding wasting money on profiles that will never engage. I used to puzzle how there could be so many SB profiles with videos that never responded. I now suspect the site is copying out of area profiles and duplicating them. No proof of this but I notice the occasional profile that appears in my local search that have a location pretty far away.

It requires discipline to avoid spending money on hot looking profiles that keep popping up but if they do not look at your profile, it is almost certain they are either not interested or not real. I may join you in starting to capture the dry holes to help others avoid wasting money.

I actually met one of the profiles on your list: amorxfati. She posts on all the sugar sites. We did a MnG about a year ago when I was still on Seeking. She is older than her pictures suggest. She wanted 600 ppm. I got the impression she mostly targets visiting business men. She is still a handsome woman but not worth what she is asking. Someone who sees her only once is not going to know that.

1st is cost differential. The investment of credits verses returns can vary wildly. The education from this thread has saved me alot. My education from the school of hard knocks has been expensive and frustrating at times. First and formost, the little guy cannot be allowed to make any more decisions past the first profile review of " I'd tap that". LOL, this can be an expensive lesson. The level of profiles that are scams and cons are very high. The websites typically have a certain rate of NPC's, LOL. The website staff create a percentage of fake profiles to lure more guys into spending credits. A lot of these (not all) is the messages / contacts that reach out to you, you spend credits to reply / open the message, and never hear from again.

As in any vice, the sites are full of phishing scams / profiles. They are trying to get your personal info to re-sell on the dark web as verified info (gets a higher price).

Bam helps by sharing the knowledge of the scams / fakes / rinsers. I think that I would like to start sharing on what I know.

Things are bad now because the hobby is affected by the overall economy. You've heard the news: Right now, labor of any kind is overpriced, and anyone who hires is paying more for less. Is there any reason why that shouldn't apply to the hobby, too?

Most of the current providers (and real sugar babies, for that matter) are older women who started prior to the pandemic. There is a minimal influx of young newbies, or even older newbies, for that matter. We have a labor supply problem, just like Home Depot and your local restaurant.

The hobby has always been very cyclical. In the early 2000's, when unemployment was around 3. 5%, people were paying $400 for obese / old providers who primarily advertised on a now defunct message board. I about gave up on the hobby altogether around 2006.

Then the financial meltdown happened in 2007 to 2008. In 2011 and 2012, I was getting bonafide college chicks on Seeking (then Seeking Arrangements) for $200. The good times continued through about 2016, and had a slow taper off from 2017 until 2020.

I am in reasonably good shape for a middle age man, and I have good social skills. But I'm very average looking and well under six feet tall. I do horribly on apps like Tinder and Bumble.

I was landing hot college chicks in 2012 for $200 because supply and demand conditions were in my favor then. Now, however, you have too many guys chasing too few women, so prices are going up. And the quality is not so good, and selection is extremely limited. Even you guys who like older women: I'm sure you would like some choice beyond Natane Marie, Taylor Nikole, and other aging providers who have been around since 2009.

I don't want to see the economy implode just so we can get some better deals on women. But everyone agrees that the labor market has been in disequilibrium.

Don't be a simp, and don't overpay. That only hurts you, and other hobbyists. That's why I recently scolded the guys who were paying those traveling Ukrainians $500 for a non-FS HE.
