I have a tendency to agree with NbWill on this one. We should be able to say what we want and criticize at will. Providers read our comments and do not appreciate tactless insults, especially a provider who is known to treat clients far better than 98% of all other providers. My criticism of this poor choice of tact was not personal or what you described, instead was a reminder to others as good manners towards the providers who treat us well.
