I scanned through the minutes for the April and March City of Lomita council meetings and they are indeed in the process of clarifying business practices and cleaning up massage businesses in their jurisdiction.

Wish I lived in the area so I could vote these clowns out next election cycle.

My guess is they voted a bunch of cunts onto the city council who have it in for these places. I did a quick read of the council meeting minutes and there's an item on the planning commissions 2023 to-do list called "Massage clean-up" scheduled for April. Who knows, maybe it's unrelated, but I'm guessing they're not talking about the kind of massage clean up that involves wiping my jizz off my chest with a hot towel. I bet Lomita wants these places out. Too many shutting down in such a short time.
