1 - Positive, willing attitude from them = positive, willing attitude from the client. Get what you give.

2 - Knowing the value of your money does not mean forcing or coercion. Sounds like she promised a service and then backed out of it. We have a right to decline dealing with them if they promised something and then back out of it. The Deshaun Watson thing doesn't compare (even then he still was not charged with anything).
