The city is safer. There are police everywhere. They just don't pay attention to stupid ish like the things we talk about on this board. I'd never see a provider outside of the city or Wash Park.

Not trying to sound like an ass, but there's a lot more places to get drugs in the City than the county. We all know a sizable portion of the provider population is medicated to some degree.

Not to mention many (a sizable minority) also have handlers / pimps / BF of the darker persuasion. That's found more in the city than the county.

My opinion, that's all it is. The city cops won't bother these women. They have too many things to deal with that are much more serious.
