I probably don't know the behind the scenes stuff, but their org has always given off a meat shop vibe with overbooking, short breaks, and overworking.

IMO, the prevalence of thirty minute appointments may also be a factor. I'm sure it leads to a ton of burnout, but I also totally understand why guys choose it since prices are jacked up.
