Depending on who you ask, the best means different things to different people. Would recommend to search / check reviews depending on the area you will be visiting, INDY offers many flavours.

Just want to add my 2 cents to the 4 hand discussion. IMHO a 4 hand standard massage is not much different than 2 hands. It's just a lot of rubbing and giggling with the same final result. But if they take it to the next level and the clothes come off then things get interesting. This can be done at several AMPs in Indy but it ain't cheap and you'll need more than 1 hat.
