Really appreciate the response (and to others as well). I know its a game here but at these prices we should be getting alot better experiences than we are. It really helps me to know I am not the only one. Not that I WANT you all to be having bad experiences. But if more people know about it than it may cause them to lower the price at the very least. Try to post on the Other Site as well when you can as alot of people including myself use that as a primary research (its free once you post two reviews. Has about a 5 day lag but then you are good as long as you post reviews).

Hey man. So sorry this happened to you. My past two visits to them have been a '6' service wise when going off the scoring criteria on THE OTHER SITE. Elite is starting to drop the ball.
