I'm just kind of weirded out by the fact that her name / ad can be traced back to her real life.

You've done a lot of homework. I would guess she is legit. I can think of multiple very popular San Diego escorts who started out using their real names etc. It's probably not smart but some folks are just very comfortable I guess.
