It's been awhile since I've posted and the pickings have been slim. However, I did some research, saw a positive review for this one on the Hartford forum from a ways back, and decided to pay her a visit:

Communication was constant and the previous review had been spot on. Location is a private residence in Glastonbury which for many, is a red flag.
