There is no "knock" at NDS. The girl just ends the session when the time is up. There usually isn't an up charge for MSOG either, but YMMV. Tell them that you want 2 pops when you arrive and you'll more than likely get one in the TS and one in the room. 45 minutes or 1 hour doesn't necessarily matter as long as you can deliver on time, so to speak.
