And I'll answer them the best I can.

The primary point is that you usually don't need to send a message about wanting more. These women know what you want (even the ones in legit parlors that won't actually do it know why you are there), and if they want that tip, they'll nudge you in that direction anyway. Being on the table naked (draped or not) is as much message as I've ever had to send about it with maybe two exceptions ever (out of hundreds over the years, probably). You may occasionally get a newbie or someone who is extra shy; if / when that happens, you can just ask, to be honest. Most of these women speak enough English to get by at least. The worst she can do is say no!

Which is also the answer I would apply to the draping question, as well. I've had plenty of HE's where they still insisted on keeping it covered until the very end, and others where they didn't bother at all. AFAIK the only place in the area that wasn't strictly legit got shut down while back. The remaining Kingsgate parlor and 747 have both had sporadic reports of extras being available here and there, but the broad consensus, and my little bit of experience, seems to indicate that you need to be very regular to even have a shot, and even that is not guarantee. Most places in San Fran where I last lived would have 1-2 extra rooms. When all 3 women were busy, they'd place us into the holding rooms.
